Pembina Threshermen's Museum — Attraction in Rural Municipality of Stanley

I went to the Thresherman's Museum this afternoon for a homeschool activity day hosted by some of the museum's volunteers inside the dining hall building, the homeschool children and parents dressed up as well as the volunteers, who were all in costume. I found this museum to be quite interesting, however it is significantly smaller then the Mennonite Heritage village in Steinbach. But don't let it's size fool you. They have an enormous selection of things to see, the sheer volume of items in their collection even made my head hurt just by thinking about it. I grew up driving past this place all the time but never went because it looks so plain from the highway, but the exhibits are very well done and really tell a story and take you back.
