Wonderful exhibits (very attractive for kids and with kids corner) but poor maintained aquariums. Several of the fish were sick and the placement of some aquariums were weird (anemones and urchins). The day that we visited it was super crowded and the flow of people was inexistant. We couldn’t move properly and it was very noisy (and we are used to noisy settings). So acoustic is bad and the arrangement of the central area is badly thought. Staff is not very pleasant (entrance) and if they need to deviate from their memorised info they don’t know much about the animals which is disappointing. The aquarium wall was fascinating and the staff at the touch tank shared so many interesting facts about the various critters - we learned so much.
