A unique mountain right beside the Canadian/American border. The view up on top is amazing, you can see all the big American mountains over the border in Vermont! The top has an observatory deck that gives you a breathtaking 360 degrees panoramic view! The hike isnât too long and itâs a decent moderate hike up with some strenuous uphill paths, but really not too difficult and fully doable! The entrance to hike the mountain is through the ZEC. There are branches a erosion all over the place and the bypasd way they made to avoid the eroded section wasn't even cleared from trees. If you start from the chalet, you should do the first part by walking on the road, which should end up being the same distance whem you rejoin the trail at the intersection. Although the beginning section was a bit rough and lacking maintenance. The rest of the trail was nice and clean and the watchtower on top was top notch.
