Wonderful site to visit. The waterfall is stunning and you can hear a low roar while you walk towards it. Truly beautiful hike. Early spring, spikes are needed as the trails are slippery. BEWARE...at this time of year, park your car about 1 km from the site at the stop right before the last turn. It's impossible to drive there, not even sure that a 4x4 would make it! Also, they seem to be clear cutting along both sides of the dirt road. You might wonder if you made a wrong turn. Keep going, it's well worth it! Not over crowded at this time of year.

Very short yet nice hike. Perfect for family hike and picnic. There are picnic tables available. There were more time to relax than hike. There are two point of view. The first one is for the beautiful view. It took us less than 30 mins doing the loop. Then, the waterfall. It was very beautiful and much needed for the weekend, specially for this hot summer. I thought the hike was going to be intermediate but no, it is for beginners. The entrance was to be paid online but there was a cashier too.

Amazing waterfall! Well worth the drive, the hike and stairs, and the entrance fee. Highly recommend it! Make sure you walk to the end of the trail to see the spectacular waterfall. There are some small falls part way down the trail, past the turnoff to the Belvedere trail, but you need to keep going until you find a very large staircase. Otherwise you will miss the best part! It’s also a great workout on the stairs! They may be icy in winter, but there are handrails to hang on to.

visited mid April, parking lot still closed, you can park on the side of the street, there was only 1 other car when we left, the trail is easy and well defined by the river, toilets are inaccessible and covered by the snow, the chalet on the trail seems closed for now, the waterfalls are very nice and worth the little hike, there are 2 lookouts with picnic tables, the lower lookout is still very icy, you can still enjoy the view of the waterfall from different angles.

Nice place for a hike or to get out of the heat. The waterfall is a nice place to cool off. Several nice hikes on well maintained trails. Some trails you can take your dog on leash. Places to swim in the river. Interesting to read about how logs were shipped to market along this river in the early 20th century. Interpretive panels to read. Reasonable price of admission. Worth a visit!! Thanks.

A very nicely kept park with well groomed hiking trails that are easy to walk. The trail follows the river, which flows over well worm precambrian rocks. The waterfall drops about 50' allowing the river to continue through the rock bed to distant and lower ends. Wow! This nature is beautiful.
