My family and I has one the most amazing experience. The Magic Castle: this was a very cool experience my 3 year old son loved it, even my 12 year teenager daughter enjoyed it. The staff inside the castle are so invested to making it an enjoyable experience for all. The different rooms with different animations was fun. The moving walls the moving floors the spinning room that’s makes you think you are spinning. We did the castle twice since we were there for 2 days. So we met Linus and Lucida. Linus made us feel the experience better he was more in character. Got the kids more hyped. Lucida was ok but she wasn’t in character she more was like reading a script no emotion to it no excitement from her. However she was still nice. Waterpark #1 was very cute with different waterslides and in different sections. Water attractions for all ages! Famlizoo: all I have to say is amazing. It was very hot so I understood we may not get to see all the animals. Us as humans don’t like the heat well neither does the animals. However we got to see enough of the animals. My 3 year old son had a blast. Especially the section where he saw the dinosaur figurines. It’s a nice walk so wear proper shoes. My daughter was happy she got to see her favorite animal which are the Zebras. We got 2 bags of food to feed the goats. The area for the reptiles was also fun. Sitting areas everywhere to take a break from the sun and recharge your batteries. Make sure to take water with you. On our way back we wanted to go to the waterpark #2 but it was too much of a far walk since we just did the walk from the zoo. So we just went back to the first waterpark. My daughter went on the thing where you climb on things to go to the top. Very secure and safe. She loved it. My son love the section of the jeux gonflables. We feel 2 days is not enough since we didn’t get to go see the beach, the water attractions on the beach, we didn’t get to go to the haunted house, and water park #2 with the lazy river. So I say plan at least 4 days to see everything. However we had so much fun and excitement that we will be back next year and the year after that. Because this is the place to be to have so much fun for the whole family. This is an experience we will never forget. Thank you Complex Atlantides for the amazing time and experiences you have provided for us. We recommend this place for...

Just got back from a 9 day stay at Complex Atlantide. Overall we enjoyed our stay there during a major heat wave. It was nice to beat the heat by using the numerous pools and slides. The animators were great and made it fun. They got the kids on the dance floor, they made bracelets and various other fun challenges. On the flip side, the customer service is slow, so make sure you show up early to beat the line ups!! The staff appears to be new and disorganized, causing some frustrations with most of the campers there. They had announce to give away lollipops for the kids, but they ran out quickly, causing the kids to cry (this happened more than once).

The sites are very close together, so if you're next to a party crew, you'll be hearing them throughout your whole stay. We were there during the major fire that claimed 8 RVs, we were evacuated from the park. The staff were reasonably good at sorting out the chaos. At one point during the chaos, I had to open the double gates to let the people out of the enclosed pool area before people trampled each other. The staff watched me do this instead of them doing it themselves - the staff managing the gates looked kind of clueless!

There are tons of activities for everyone everyday. But after a while, it seems to be the same script that gets repeated over and over again.

The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. A bag of ice is $6, so we learned quickly to take a trip down the street to closest depanneur for cheap ice and beer.

Make sure you bring your bikes or a way of transportation because the park is huge and you'll end up doing a lot of walking!

I would recommend a 4-5 days trip there, but after 1 stay I will wait a while...

We camp all over Ontario, Quebec, New York and Maine and New Hampshire since 2010. This camping has the most amazing playgrounds and entertainment for kids I have ever seen until now. The playgrounds are brand new, huge and there is at least 5 of them not counting the indoor one. The water park is amazing, filled with inflatable slides. It's a heaven for kids. Being at 1 hour from Montreal is a hidden gem of entertainment for kids. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Now for the not so good. I understand the camping is new, but somebody had the bright idea to cut all the trees. Driving up to the campsite is an amazing green, happy, winding road just to be erased, killed, butchered by the view of the campsite. If you ever imagined what refugee camps are like, this would be it. Gray, dusty, no shade, sad. They kept a few smaller trees that are mostly dead and the grass around the pools are yellow and dry. Even though they charge an arm and a leg there is less then enough toilets and showers ( make sure you got change because it will cost you 1$/3 min shower). Most expensive wood I have encountered until now, 18$ for a bunch with a bag of kindling.

Would I come back (having 3 kids)? Not so sure, maybe for a day trip. Might try it in 10 years when the trees can offer some shade (not sure they...

⚠️Beware depending on which way you're coming from, f you're camping with a trailer, the road to get there is wicked and if I wasn't an experienced driver I would have cried. Hills, winding narrow roads, sudden stop signs. It was a white knuckle experience. Camped for a week. Pros: Lots to keep you entertained and you don't have to rush everything in one day Geared towards younger kids unlike a lot of parks Nice big camping spots Golf carts for rent to get around the large compound (115$/day) Haunted house was actually pretty spooky at times. Magic Castle was whimsical. Cons: Nothing has English options, that's fine we knew which province we were in. ‼️sewage smell. They do not cap their septic pipes on empty sites. Activities were worn down and could use some maintenance Water slides need more water to them, pretty dry so sometimes lighter people got stuck in spots or had to push themselves through it. Also got some crazy "rug burn" from one. No discounts for renting golf cart multiple days Overall we enjoyed not having to leave the site for the full 7 nights since we could break up lots and do things we enjoyed more than once.

I love this place, but it’s so big that it’s impossible to finish everything in one day. You can rent a motorized cart for $100 per day, which I found a bit expensive, or you can walk for about 15 minutes to get to the zoo. After that, you can take a free bus to reach the large water park, but you still have to climb a hill to get there. If you’re bringing small children, I suggest bringing a pull cart. The kids were really disappointed because we didn’t have enough time to do all the activities, especially since the water park closed at 4:45, 15 minutes earlier than the announced closing time, and it was a really hot day. I suggest extending your closing time by an hour because 4:45 is too early. I really love the place, but it’s exhausting, and there’s not enough time to enjoy everything.
