So we happened to go on a weekend where there was some sort of high line (skyline) festival/day which plays in to my 3-star review.
While the propel partaking in the Sky lining festival was cool to look at, it obscured the falls and made pics impossible to take without a line in view 😕
Also, only about half of the park is stroller-friendly, and it requires that you double back if you want to avoid all stairs. Never being ones to shortchanged a paid excursion, we opted to go to the boom of the falls whilst carrying a stroller the whole way, and a toddler part way. In hindsight we remembered we could have probably just parked the stroller at the top of the stairs, but in the moment we had forgotten this was an option. So yeah, that sucked. Also, once down in the park we only spotted one port-a-potty, which proved inconvenient for our toddler's small bladder! The canyon also advertises a zip line - it's between $20-40 (this is in addition to park admission) & it's super short!!! I actually felt bad watching people go across (at one point we made a pit stop at the finish side of the zip line so we saw people come across) & wondered if they thought is was worth it themselves... It was so short!
Would I visit again if in the area? No, one visit was enough. Would I recommend others to go? If you don't have kiddos with you, sure - it was a beautiful day and I felt active and like I got a workout in after over 200 stairs! If you have kiddos, it just depends. Ours was young enough to be free, but it wasn't really a kid-friendly place, especially not compared to some others spots we visited.
Final tip if you go: get there early!!! We did and were so glad (especially with a kid in tow!)! It makes crossing the bridge or walking the stairs less excruciating when you can take your time without the crowds. By the time we left it was too crowded and we wouldn't have enjoyed it...

On a recent trip to Quebec City, my family and I decided to try the Air Canyon Ride, not knowing quite what to expect. The adventure allows only two riders at a time, so first, my wife and I went, followed by our sons.
From the start, Sam, our guide, was incredibly helpful. He ensured we were securely buckled in and took the time to explain how the ride would proceed, its brief duration, and the expected jerky stop—preparing us well and preventing any potential surprises.
The ride itself was an exhilarating burst of speed. As we were propelled forward, the landscape stretched away beneath us, suddenly revealing a breathtaking view of the valley below. The scenery was simply stunning, with a dramatic unveiling that took our breath away. Just before returning, the ride adjusted its tilt, adding a moment of thrill before it whisked us back to the start with a rapid pace and an abrupt stop.
Overall, the Air Canyon Ride was a superb experience. Such a relief to buy the pictures and video for $10 (imagine the rip off in USA) The blend of thrilling speeds, spectacular views, and careful guidance from Sam made this an unforgettable part of our Quebec City visit. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a bit...
Read moreWas just as beautiful as the other google reviews and photos suggested! We went 2 hours before closing on a weekday so it wasn’t busy at all. Many walkable trails and viewpoints to see the falls/ canyon. The suspended bridge was closed so they decreased the price for us that day. There is a small park for kids to play as well. Wish we had more time to explore all the trails but definitely would love to come back. Saw some People with Stroller/ wagons but has some steep hills to climb. We went in late August early evening - don’t forget your bug repellant! There are some picnic tables too if you want to sit and have a snack. There’s an air canyon ride that takes your across the canyon - wasn’t suitable for our kids ages and seemed busy (takes 2 riders at a time) but might be fun to try in the future (additional cost). People looked like they were having a blast! About 45 minutes away from Quebec City and just a few minutes away from St Anne De Beaupré! Watch out for the entrance though. If you’re heading east towards the park it’s a quick left on a busy road just after you go up a hill so you have to be fast! Just giving heads up as we missed the...
