Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area — Attraction in Saint-Joachim

The best place I have ever been to view birds. I added over 20 birds to my life list here (I'm still pretty new at this) and I didn't have to wait hours to catch a glimpse of one. There were many specimens of each bird type and don't get me started on the thousands upon thousands of snow geese digging their entire heads and necks into the mud! It was an amazing sight to witness. Highly recommend this spot for bird lovers visiting...

Beautiful place where to hike not too far from Quebec City. Amazing view of the river where you can see cargo ships moving. Great view of the Île d'Orléans and other small islands. Different difficulty level hikes makes it one of the best place no matter what is your physical condition.

Very well marked trails, stunning views from the top, waterfall area is nicely done, as close as it can possibly be.
