Nice place but the vineyard and the experience were slightly underwhelming. I had called La Bullerie to reserve pizzas for 4 people a few weeks prior, for a specific date and time slot, as per the instructions on their website. Upon arriving, we were told that we still needed to wait in (a massive) line to "reorder" the pizzas. By the time we waited in line to place the order and recieved the order, 45 minutes had gone by. This experience was disappointing since the website states that you must reserve the pizza ahead of time, yet there were so many people waiting in line that surely had not reserved but they still had priority over customers that had reserved. La Bullerie should have two lines; one for customers that reserved and one for customers that did not. Moreover, there were no signs outdoors for the wine tasting, nor for the restrooms. The wine tasting area seemed to be mixed in with the line for the pizza, which was very crowded, even though they were at seperate counters. The bottles were given without a bag, unless asked. No napkins are given either for the pizza, so make sure to bring your own (anything to cut costs; very cheap on La Bullerie's end). It appeared very disorganized and mismanaged. Lastly, one garbage bin was available for the majority of the vineyard, which was overfilled (and eventually tipped over). Yet another reason why this place is mismanaged as the workers (or the manager) from La Bullerie should have cleaned out the garbage bin, especially considering the amount of customers that were there (common sense to increase cleaning frequency). It was somewhat unappealing and I would not host any events there (i.e. wedding, engagement) due to this experience. Despite La Bullerie being owned by the PMG group, it truly didn't appear that the owners and the majority of the workers there know how to properly run in the hospitality business. Disappointing customer experience. The positive: the pizzas were good and the...

Recently attended a wedding for my sister at la Bullerie The management was difficult and unaccommodating during Covid times Multiple items in her contract were not honored such as : We were told there would be a wine tasting of 6 wines (which we paid for included in the premium package) but were only served 2 wines without any explanation. Premium liquor was supposed to be available and was not Wrong vegan dish was served and was pitiful Veggies were completely raw in the main dish No general manager was present during the event to ensure proper service Bartender had too many drinks and was sloppy If you are considering La Bullerie you know that it is not cheap but don’t expect the service to be any better Definitely not what you pay for not a premium location as they advertise Instead you can expect: poor communication with upper management (rude exchange of messages), promises and contracts to not be upheld and a subpar experience overall. Please note that this feedback was shared with the venue and they were not only not accommodating but not in the least sympathetic nor open to feedback. I HIGHLY DO...

I have to admit the grounds are absolutely beautiful but if you are planning an event there be prepared to be disappointed! I chose this venue to have my wedding and I was prepared to have a few headaches given that I was planning this wedding in the midst of a pandemic. Luciana was a complete nightmare to deal with, Beyond unprofessional and filled with threats and lies. Things began to look up when we met with Fabio, he promised us certain things such as a different brand of alcohol and different plates but day of he did not deliver. NON EXISTANT WINE TASTING* . There was no manager present during our wedding to tend to our questions and concerns and provide us the invoice at the end of the event. When we approached Fabio with our concerns they were simply brushed off as a learning experience for their staff. There was no sympathy whatsoever provided that this was my ONE and ONLY wedding day. YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN ABOUTCUSTOMER SERVICE PMG group!! definitely would not suggest their services or...

Charming vineyard! The place is absolutely beautiful. It is great for a romantic picnic or a family/friends gathering. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we had booked prior to arriving. They couldn't find us on the list. We were still able to get our boxes and wine for the picnic though. The line up was not that long but we had to wait for our turn a long time. One last negative aspect: they didn't have enough parasols for the picnic tables. The ones that were available, were missing the stick to keep them opened. We still had a great time and we would go back of course!
