C'est ma deuxième visite en l'espace de quatre ans et c'est toujours très intéressant. Le planétarium mobile est une bonne idée, est-ce que ce ne pourrai pas devenir permanent, dans un local prévu à cet effet? L'animation lors de la première étape de la visite était dynamique et intéressante. L'observation au télescope était très bien malgré le pépin du système de guidage, bravo au technicien.

Belle visite mais décu de ne pas avoir vu Saturne tel que je l ai vu en 1994 au meme endroit.. j'ai cru comprendrr que votre bonbtelescope est brisé. Il est prévu d'être réparé quand? On va repasser.

We had precooked because it’s what the website said to do. Did the guided tour with Anaïs. She was great and fun. Interacted well with the kids. At the end we got to look thru the telescope and wow. When we looked at the moon it was...

Déception totale: Le clou du spectacle est l'utilisation du télescope.

Si, parce que l'un des deux techniciens du télescope n'est pas sur place pour nous permettre de voir le ciel et ses astres, votre offre touristique est insignifiante.

La présentation du tour guidé de niveau juvénile ne mérite pas le coût, considérant que les informations sont disponibles au bout de nos claviers .

Nous étions deux, le ciel était dégagé, notre espérance d'explorer à travers le télescope était légitime. Ben non ! À cause d'une mauvaise gestion de RH, le télescope est resté non fonctionnel.

Went in August 2017 and had a great tour and visit by passionate staffs who were very knowledgeable. Would hope more people know about this and promote this for schools...
