You can rent equipment. There are trainers if you are an amateur like me! The green trail is very interesting with picturesque scenery! HOWEVER! one big 👎 is that it was our first-time there and when we got the telesieg to reach uphills, my wife with surgery cut realized the the trail is too steep for her to manage. Thus we told the telesieg man to let us use the telesieg to reach downhill but he did not let us! I asked him that my wife may get damage because she had surgery and we did not know the trail is such steep (it was our first time here) and we cannot ski downhill! What shold we do now?! He just said I cannot help you! Maybe you can walk downhill if you cannot ski! I expected him to at least ask for a snowmobile to take my wife downhill but he just refused to help! It took us more than 1 hour from us to walk all the way downhill with our heavy equipment ( ski boards and sticks) ! We both still have pain... I do not recommend at all 👎

I think first disorienting thing is that there are 3 ski resorts very close each other. And they have very similar name. 1 st sauveur mont habitant / 2 somment st sauveur / 3 somment st sauveur versant avila... 1 mont habitant (this comment for mont habitant) it is middle highest it is middle long pist. Good for family. Not too crowded. Not too expensive. Very clean area. Smiling staff. I saw two lifts but only one was active. I hope they have active both. Have fun.

I buy season tickets every summer. This time, I only bought dinner tickets, but on January 11, my friend wanted to do it together, so I started the season and went to get a season ticket issued with my friend. Right now, the dinner ticket is $199. The day and night ticket is $256. But my Early bird dinner ticket is low.I paid $156 to change to a night and day ticket. I called in advance and asked.I bought the ticket in August, but if I upgrade it now, it's $56+tex, which is the profit of the current amount. But when I go to find a season ticket, I talk about something else. It's because of the cheap ticket I bought in advance. Early bird tickets are ignored when upgrading. It is a strange and bizarre calculation method. I've been loyal to this place every year, but I promise to upgrade and hurt my feelings with strange calculations. It's definitely a trick. You have to explain it again on the homepage. Upgrade is possible, but early bird tickets are refunded. You have to buy the price again now. (Is this really an upgrade?)

But the staff and environment...

Beautiful and well maintained slopes. The ski instructor is amazing and so patient, they deserve more than 5 stars. But the management/instruction is terrible. There was literally no instructions prior to booking the class and making the payment other than “see you at 9.” I’ve done snorkeling, parasailing, volcano sledding, rock climbing in different countries, and every time there’s usually at least a bit of instruction for first-timers on what time they should arrive and how long it will take to get situated. We arrived at 8:50am and were scolded for being late. For the record, the opening hours on Google and on their website both say the location opens at 9am so we weren’t even sure if we could enter the building before 9am. I really wish they said “please arrive X minutes beforehand” instead of expecting customers to just magically know to arrive more than 10 minutes before the location even opens. My recommendation is to send just 2-4 sentences of basic instruction with the payment confirmation email to provide customers...
