The woman giving the tastings was charming and used flawless English (as did many in Quebec City and on the island), and between the two of us, we were able to try several wines, including a pear wine (surprisingly dry), ice cider, an ice wine, and some fruit liquors. The staff was nice and accompanied us throughout the tasting talking about the site and their products. The tasting itself was limited to four products and did not include any ciders which was a disappointment.
