The Électrium is my new favorite place to visit with my children (5 and 7 years old). You need to reserve online, which is very easy. I reserved an hour before the tour started. The tour starts with a short film, then the guide takes you to 4 different rooms, each with a theme. There is so much to learn for adults and children. It is very interactive and fun...and no admission fee! Jean Gabriel, our guide, was very knowledgeable, dynamic, and patient. You can buy souvenirs that are very reasonably priced. Two EV chargers in their parking lot. There was a problem with their water supply the day we went, but they offered bottled water and there were portable toilets outside. Joel, the other guide, was very helpful, kind, and courteous as well. He helped us reserve spots for workshops coming up this summer. Everything was in French, but you can ask for an English tour if you reserve by phone.

Really great activity to do with the whole family or just by yourself. One of the rare activities that are actually 100% free even packing, big bonus. it's not a big place but doesn't have to be because everything is well set up and cool and interactive. better suited for children 6-99 although I went with my almost 3year old daughter and had lots of fun. they even have a cool lightning ball that puts static in your hair it's really cool... I will be going back with my 7 year old as she did not get to go yet. you can take a guided tour that is about 1h30min or walk through freely both are great options and staff are super nice. voluntary donations are accepted but are not necessary.

We really enjoyed this interactive museum. The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and made our visit very special. We are really grateful to have this interactive museum nearby. We learned so much and we plan to continue to come with our two kids as they grow. A special thank you to the people working today who answered the phone and helped us at the museum. My son commented several times that he thought the museum was extremely well done.

I registered a Tuesday tour for my 10 and 3 years old children. My 10 year-old child was not able to come. I called and canceled her reservation in the morning. I brought my 3 year old and drove for 1.5 hour to get there. It supposed to be a 45 minutes drive. The weather was terrible, heavy snow, average 40-km per hour on the highway. I arrived 13 minutes late. They refused me to enter, for My son is too young for the activity, I was late for 13 minutes. The activity is in French.

I explained that I don’t leave in the neighborhood, the weather was bad, I already told them how old is my son when I made the reservation. We could stand by and listen we don’t need to involve the activity but I don’t want to come for nothing. Besides, both me and my son understand French.

The ladies in charge just refused me to enter no matter what. If that’s the way this museum treats people, I will never step in this...

I'd like to thank those, who posted "warning " feedback about the service at Électrium. I'll add one more here, unfortunately. As the majority, we made a reservation on the phone for one of the Christmas time activities. The person on the phone confirmed that everything is great, reservation is done. For some reason, before leaving home, we decided to check if they are open and if there are no changes for today. Actually, that made us read the feedback and we decided to reach them, simply to make sure we are on the list. Honestly, I was sincerely surprised when the person on the phone told me that they don't see my name 😒. There was no reservation for us! Incredibly frustrating! For those, who plan going there, make sure you're on the list before you go. Safe your time and energy. It looks like they don't...
