Wow this is free at the park and so love all this park. However giving it a 2 star and one day a one star because they are going to be overhauling the park and beach areas and get rid of parking. I will not be attending at that point. Like I'm going to go a day at park and beach and see the sights by bus or walk or bike lol ..absolutely not. I recommend right now but soon in the future no. What a shame city is ruining this treasure in sarnia. My mouth is sealed now and no more bragging rights for people to travel and see. I couldn't care less if they come out with community parking. EITHER provide parking in the park and provide people with what they want.believe me despite what the city thinks with whatever little feedback most do not want this. I would advise at the time for people to boycott altogether. However I know this will become the norm everywhere. Enjoy the farm at the park and all it has to offer now because the sun is going to set on...

Beautiful park. I'm not from Sarnia and was so impressed with Canatara park! Also this animal farm is so cute with these little mini barns and pastures surrounded by a moat with lots of ducks, surrounded by trees. So scenic

Super friendly animals (besides the invading Canadian geese of course). The guinea pigs ran up to my toddler. So did the one horse and goat. So many beautiful animals. The Dexter cow, alpacas, the sheep, the angora rabbit, the horses and donkeys.

Absolutely loved this place. Make sure to check their website for hours because their opening time is limited. Also read the signs and don't feed the pigs because that has apparently caused one to die from impaction.

Entry is by donation. Donations can be made directly to Sarnia Humane Society who takes care of this animal farm There is a donation box at the gate for Seaway Kiwanis Club but if you want the money to directly go to the animals, the humane society...

I use to go here as a child so as an adult now, I was happy to see that the Kiwanis Club of Sarnia has keep the farm in great shape over the years. The day I went was so gorgeous out and I felt myself reminiscing about my younger years. I am so happy that it is available for all the young ones and it is such a beautiful outing for the entire family as it is located in the Canatara Park perimeter. There were not many animal's at the time I went but I think they shut the farm down for the winter and the animals head to bigger farms until the spring. Not sure about that 🤔 butI am sure they are well taken care...

This is such a cute place. Perfect walk for a toddler to stroll and tire out, while enjoying some of the most beautiful animals. Great place to visit especially if you are looking for a kid friendly place. One thing to note is that due to its proximity to lake there’s quite a few mosquitoes. So do carry a spray or a patch to keep them off you and your kids. The unique animal/bird to see is the peacock and the Llama. We got to see the peacock dance and my daughter loved it.

Really great animal farm, it’s a great place to take kids or even just yourself to brighten your day! Also I edited this review to include some information regarding my last visit, the animals seem very stressed, the roosters and chickens in particular were very visibly stressed, you could see patches where they had no feathers, I’ve loved this animal farm my entire life so it would be great to see some improvement with how the animals are cared for.
