My group of children really enjoyed all the swale had to offer. Plenty of wildlife such as deer, birds, gophers, etc. They loved exploring the hills and examining all the old rocks. It's a beautiful place just bursting with life!

Northeast Swale is a very quiet location to be with minimal disturbance but with seats for relaxation. It is a very good location to have a very good view of the sunset at night (8:30pm). The TRAIL is located within the area.

The Northeast Swale is a treasure for Saskatoon. The trail is super easy to get to from the main roads and is well maintained right when you get in! The views are great and it has tons of side trails to go down. Lots of benches around as well for breaks! Be sure to check it out every season of the year and you're sure to see lots of wildlife too. Large space, lots of trails. Some trails are gravel and accessible, some are simple grass trails through uneven terrain. Varied terrain, large variety of birds. Great bike destination. If arriving by car, you might want to park in a nearby residential area and walk in. Hopefully signage and trail information will...
