I was really blown away by how beautiful and accessible this waterfall is. The falls are just a short walk from the parking lot. There is no fee or gate to pass to get into the park either. The falls involve mostly a walk along an iron and wooden boardwalk to get to the main viewing area. If you want to visit the top of the falls, you will have to climb up some of the granite embedded in the hillside.

And for the mosquitoes, no repellent really works. If you choose to walk to the top of the falls, have proper shoes as it is steep, many roots, rocks, etc. Trail markers are marginal and donโt believe a trail app listing this as easy. ย ย ย Read moreThe view was incredible and the stairs were very nice, but the trails themselves left a lot to be desired. It felt less like a trail and more like a vaguely guided walk through the forest. We were honestly worried that we were going to get lost.
Also, if you go here, bring bug spray! We made the mistake of not bringing any and we got absolutely swarmed...
