Read moreThe gift shop was decent, but my family of 6 went to get ice cream and then after three ice creams thier machine froze and the girl working there knew because she made us wait before paying to see how many she would get and didn't tell us before when she saw we had 6 people. She also said the cup size was twice as big than it actually is. The hot fudge wasn't even hot and they don't have the proper machine to keep it warm, she scooped it out with a spoon, it wasn't worth the money. You order your food and then go back to pick it up. There is a bar if you are so inclined, along with a gift shop.
If you were born and raised on the island, you can certainly appreciate the excellent reputation the singer Stompin Tom has. He is a legend in these parts. For us, we were learning about him for the first time.
