Off The Wallz Summerside — Attraction in Slemon Park

The lady working axe throwing actually had me gobsmacked how rude she was. Showed up twenty minutes late and didn’t explain anything to us. Then I had to go to the bathroom. I navigated through multiple doors and hallways labled as the bathroom before I found it, and got locked out of the axe throwing room on my way back. After banging on the door for a few minutes, I had to find the back exit and circle the whole building to get back in. When I told the lady working, she looked at me and blankly said “okay” before playing on her phone the entire rest of the time. Didn’t fix it, didn’t show any sympathy. There was a hole in the netting along the bottom of the climbing apparatus, which little ones could easily sneak out of, to under the dangerous trampoline area. Also there was a power box and cords right by this hole that kids could easily get shocked by. There were holes in the third level of the apparatus that they had some sort of ball guns poking out of - there were kids climbing out of them to climb along the outside of the apparatus. Bathrooms were dirty. Floor mats in the climbing section were not pieced together properly, a lot of kids tripped on them. The place was very poorly maintained. Our older kids had fun jumping on the trampolines but I was very nervous with my three year old in the apparatus section. So...

To crowded. Way to many kids not in the kid area, most couldn't even walk, and had their parents there with them whom didn't even pay to be there. One employee was a complete ass (but that's okay cause he's "new" lmao) what's the point in pre-booking and with the rule of having only one person on a square at a time when that place had well over 60-70 people in the trampoline area not including the kids area! They need to work on their limit and maybe think over the rules! We sign a waver so give us some space!
