Great place to take a beginner. Double track, winding gravel single track. Some rocky and rooted sections. These sections were particularly difficult because of rain the previous evening. Some of the most difficult trails were completely flooded and a secondary route was necessary.
The "pump track", is a wonderful starting point. Let's the kids warm up and test their equipment.
Well mapped and well marked. I'm wondering if trail difficulty designating would be better served if the standardized method could be adopted. As found on other trails in Ontario. (Trailforks app) Directional arrows may also be beneficial.
Parking and entry/exit are very tight. Use caution.

Read moreExcellent Mountain Biking trail. Lots of signs and clearly marked trails. The Bike Buster trail is currently closed, but the others made for a fun ride! I've riden in the Hardwood Ski and Bike Epic 8 Hour Mountain Bike Race, and these trails were comparable. The trails are fairly flat with Ontario technical rock gardens, roots, and tight corners. Read moreJust had a fantastic fall ride in MTB park. This was our first time here. We did the easiest and easy trails and ended with the intermediate Green Mile back to parking. All were manageable for a couple of novices, and a lot of fun. The maps are clear and the trails were in good shape, though beware of mossy slippery rocks. Good fall colour and quite a few mushrooms too. Porta potty was really clean....
