First time here, nice seeing some War of 1812-14 history. Located on site is an information display constructed in concrete and what looks to be engraved granite plaques detailing the story and the names of the units and the lost from the battle. Good to see these stories and they are not lost to history.

This place was really cool I wish there was a bit more information, maybe even some diagrams or something like that that we could see where and how the battle took place. But it was really cool

Someones built some abbatis in the wooda where the Americans stood & defended the hill. Gives you a great perspective of the battlefield!

The monument gives you the British & American perspectives on the battle. Very cool place to poke around.

Cant help but imagine those soldiers trying to rush the mushy...
