A couple days ago my husband and I walked into the source with my child who was a little cranky as it was close to his nap time. We were greeted happily by an associate with a big smile on her face, she asked us how our day was and talked to us like we were old friends. She could see my son was not happy so while she was helping us find what we were looking for she picked some bright colored things that suction on the back of your phone and showed them to my son who then suddenly forget how cranky he was. We were looking for a tablet for him to keep him occupied in the car, she told us about a great deal where we could get new phones and a tablet for our son for less than we were paying for our old phones with a different phone company, she also saved us some money on our tv package with a new provider. While doing all of this for us my son had lost interest in the bright colored toys she had given to him earlier and started fussing again. The associate (who we found out is the new manager) disappeared into the back, I thought to myself 'she's had enough of us now she gave up' but to my surprise she came back out with a pile of paper and some markers and started coloring with my son while serving us at the same time! I have never had such outstanding service in my life at any retail location! Not only did this lady take care of our needs as customers she treated us like we were her family and she didn't know us from a hole in the wall! I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Best Buy with an employee named Ayesha. In December 2024, I purchased a Virgin Mobile SIM plan through her for $29 + tax, along with an outrageous $75 service fee, which she justified by promising that I’d recover the cost through a discounted bill.
For 7 months, I did receive $10 less on each bill, which helped recover the service fee. However, in July 2025, my bill unexpectedly jumped to $41.11, even though Ayesha clearly said the plan was $29 + tax. Now, apparently, the base plan is $35 + tax – which I was never informed about.
When I went back to Best Buy to ask for clarification, I was told by staff that they couldn’t do anything and that it was the mobile company’s decision. That’s just a lame excuse and shows zero accountability.
Ayesha’s promises were misleading, and both I and my friend feel completely scammed by her sales tactics. Be very careful if you’re buying mobile plans from her or this store location. They clearly don’t stand by their word, and once you pay, they wash their hands of all...

I ordered a new phone from Best Buy, and it has been an absolute nightmare. They lost my phone during shipping, but instead of fixing the issue, they’ve refused to refund me. Every time I contact them, they give me the same robotic response: “We’re working on it,” or “Please wait longer.” It’s clear they have no intention of actually resolving the issue.
To make things worse, they’ve lied multiple times about escalating my case. When I ask to speak to a manager, they flat-out refuse. Their lack of accountability and transparency is infuriating. I’ve wasted hours of my time trying to get this resolved, and I’m still stuck with no phone and no refund.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid Best Buy at all costs. Their customer service is a joke, and they don’t care about their customers. I’ll never shop here again.
Update.... as you can see from Best Buys automated response, its a copy and paste response. This company does not care about the way you are treated. I have posted this on numerous Best Buy locations, and every single one has had the same word for word response.
