Downhome Shoppe & Gallery — Attraction in St. John's

Not a great service whatsoever. We came on Saturday at 5:54pm and were advised that they’ll close at 6pm. We quickly gave a glance on what they have, literally like 10 seconds. In order not to keep them wait, I asked for the item I was looking for, so the girl at checkout said that section is already closed and come tomorrow at 12. Mackenzie or Kenzie whatever her name is. Her customer service is awful, she looks like she would rather get her teeth pulled work at this location. Rolls her eyes when I asked for help. Didn’t have manners and someone even turned away because of how her attitude was. Maybe we should think about having a chat with her about how customers should get treated. A hidden gem in St. johns Newfoundland! This souvenir boutique exceeded all expectations. The collection of unique and locally made items was impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience delightful. I found the perfect memento to bring back home.
