Tried calling this store 11 times over the course of 2 hours to complete a send sale. No one picked-up the phone until the 2 hour mark at which point the lady who answered the phone told me that the single item I wanted had "just" been purchased by someone else. When I respectfully expressed my concern about calling for 2 hours with no response, I was simply told that they can't always get to the phone. If they had picked-up the phone 2 hours earlier, I would have been able to purchase and the item is now out of stock across Canada. Recommendations:
Offer your customer an apology. Pick-up your phone with some level of consistency.

I adore lulu lemon and I typically wear at least one piece of their clothing every day.. I live in an isolated community in Labrador and unfortunately we do not have a lulu there, so I always take advantage when I’m out of town. I bought two amazing shirts, one being 88 dollars, which is not a big deal because I love the quality. However, when I went to put the shirt on the next day the magnetic tag was still on it.. I had to cab from downtown St. John’s back to the store so that cost on top of an already 88 dollar shirt.
