Awesome trails! I took a hike here with my girlfriend and the scenery here in the winter was amazing. Theres a lot of oppurtunities to catch a view of the lake and the tall trees around, and some fun wooden bridges. Theres a couple points like the big metal bridge and wooden outlook near it that are fun to hang around.

Great place to start the Dalewood Reservoir Trail - there's a small gravel parking lot that's right beside the trail. The views from the bridge here are also pretty unreal - very cool architecutre. The hike around the lake should take a bit over an hour.

We kayaked the reservoir and up towards the river system that takes you to Ron MacNeil Line. Lots of wildlife! Turtles, heron, bald eagles, deer, and so many fish. Just wish the water was clearer. It was pretty empty on a Wednesday.

Audrey went above and beyond to give us the lay of the land. She was friendly and walked us through everything we needed to know with map details and information to take home to our family.

This will be our first time camping, Audrey really inspired us to try this camp site. Thank you for all your help Audrey. We'll be back and ready to enjoy everything Dalewood...

It's a decently long loop, luckily with benches every so often to rest. There are quite a few steep grades up and down throughout the trail. I would consider it a single file trail which is the main reason It's not a 5 star trail. Still an awesome place for a good hike. Be prepared with a couple water bottles due to the length...
