I visited VéloVolant with a friend. The activity itself was decent, and the view is ,but definitely overpriced for what you get. What really bothered me was the lack of inclusivity for non-French speakers. This is clearly a tourist area, with visitors from all over the world—English, Spanish, and more. However, everything was presented only in French, including the safety presentation before the activity. When I mentioned that I don’t speak French, the staff member replied: “Here is Quebec, you should speak French.” That kind of response is disrespectful and unwelcoming, especially in a tourist setting. This is Canada, where both English and French are official languages. It’s not acceptable to exclude people who don’t speak French, especially when they are paying customers. Also, the girl who was handing out tickets was not helpful or friendly. People come here expecting a good experience, and basic respect and customer service should be a minimum. Very disappointed

This place is fantastic! The drive was awesome. The area is truly stunning. Loved everything along the way, wineries and mountain views. At VéloVolant it was amazing! The Vélo ride through the trees was stunning. Fun too! Camping in treehouses was a blast as well. I’m not a camper but this was part of a fun bucket list road trip. I went with one of my girlfriends (we are both grandmas) and we had a great experience. Even made our own fire. The staff are fantastic. Helpful and kind. They spoke French of course, and perfect English. I would love to go back again! Way to go VéloVolant!

Lovely ride with a beutiful fall laundscape, but expect people riding in front of you to stop often and delay the course. Either bcs they are taking photos/resting, but mainly bcs the turning rails require more force to get onto and riders were getting stuck. This also affect the wait time for the groups after as we waited 15mins past our time slot to begin. Instruction video was also only shown in French. For the price, duration and organisation, it's something to do once and tell our friends about, but I wouldn't return

While some other reviews offer quite a stark view of the experience, it doesn't mean they got it all wrong either. The experience is indeed short for the price, but they do recommend to take your time to enjoy the views and sounds as it does last, as said by others, 20 minutes riding slow, and 20 minutes being still, just appreciating the surrounding, up in the air amongst tree tops. They do not hide the fact that the experience is short; their explanatory video clearly says so. This is an experience you'll do once, and which you'll definitely enjoy for its meditative purpose, but also totally hate if you are expecting a thrill ride. Bikes must keep a good distance in between each other, which is great for the meditative side of thing, but less if you're looking for something to do...

Stay away! A very young girl lost her pedals right in front of us, they fell on the ground. She couldn't move and was in distress. We were blocked for about 40 minutes under freezing rain. When we all managed to get back to safety, there was a line up to get our money back. They offered to deal with it via email, we accepted because we didn't want the new people arriving to freak out about the line up... They never paid us back, my mom, dad and myself tried emailing but they just... ignored us. A friend working at a tourist company stopped offering their service looking more into this company. Just don't go if you want to support...
