Short, easy hike with nice views of the creek. Family had fun picking saskatoons and posing by the falls. Couldn't find the washroom shown on the map. We passed about 7 other small groups of people during our hike. Dog are to be on-leash. Nice shaded picnic shelter with tables at the entrance. Great place to spend a couple hours outdoors...for free!

This is a fantastic place to spend a couple hours. Especially in the fall. The colours of the trees were absolutely gorgeous 😍 I loved sitting by the river and listening to the sound of the water. So peaceful. There's also a great covered picnic pavilion right next to the parking lot, so perfect for a nice picnic lunch and a stroll down the trail.

Such a beautiful pictures to hike, walk or even just take pictures, which is what my sisters, mother and I did today. And it was absolutely gorgeous. A little cold but the walk made it much more warmer. All in all I would definitely DEFINITELY go back here for more pictures with my hubby and puppy this time. Lol.

This is a fantastic place to spend a couple hours. Especially in the fall. The colours of the trees were absolutely gorgeous 😍 I loved sitting by the river and listening to the sound of the water. Such a beautiful pictures to hike, walk or even just take pictures, which is what my sisters, mother and I did today. And it was absolutely gorgeous. Pete's Dam Park is a beautiful place to go for a walk and enjoy nature. It's also a picturesque place to capture photographs of waterfalls (if you have a camera and tripod, you can make some magical photos). At times it can be a bit muddy, so make sure to bring appropriate footwear and, in summer, mosquito repellant.

The Map for the park includes bathroom. But I couldn't find them. Just something important to bear in mind when you...

Pete’s Dam Park is a hidden gem! The easy 2 km loop trail is perfect for a peaceful walk, and the main waterfall is lovely with a few smaller cascades along the way. The trail is well maintained and offers plenty of parking. I especially enjoyed how quiet and scenic it was—we even spotted some birds and took a relaxing picnic by the river. A great spot for families, hikers, or anyone looking for a nature escape close to town. Highly...
