Boulevard Lake — Attraction in Thunder Bay

This is one of my favourite places to walk when I am visiting Thunder Bay. The nice things about it is that it is in the city, I feel very safe with so many other people enjoying the loop around Boulevard Lake, there is lots of free parking and washrooms on both sides of the lake, it has beautiful views of Boulevard, as well as Trowbridge Falls, and Lake Superior, it is paved making it wheelchair friendly, it is clean, and well maintained. Good place with nice view from the Boulevard lake fishway. There is a nearby dam named Boulevard lake dam. Public are allowed to walk over the dam. One side of the dam is very good looking and is dedicated for jogging. People are not allowed to swim near the dam. Reaching there is quite easy by transit by catching bus No.1 to current river. Beautiful walk of course, but my friend and I was there recently and the portable washrooms needs to be paid more attention. Especially, the one at the end of the parking lot on the playground side near the mini-put was disgusting.
