I recently hosted my wedding at this incredible venue and I cannot say enough about our experience there. From day one, Donna (their events coordinator) was incredible. She showed us around the venue, showed us more options for our ceremony and reception than we knew what to do with, and gave us a complete and concise breakdown of all costs (which are beyond reasonable and 10 times less expensive than ANY other venue we looked at). In the year leading up to our wedding, I pestered Donna with multiple emails and questions and she always answered promptly. A few weeks before our wedding day, she met with me and went over every detail, even made a drawing of how I wanted the reception hall set up. She eased my mind in more ways than I can ever tell her. On our big day she was out in full force, putting out all the little fires that come with weddings. She did so much of the set up for me and took care of a tonne of little things that I simply couldn't get to myself. My guests raved about the venue and all of the wonderful things there are to see there. They loved exploring the grounds while we had our photos done. This venue is truly interactive! The next day when we came to tear down Donna had already gathered all my table cloths and chair covers together and made our tear down so easy!! You cannot go wrong choosing this venue for your wedding! It is beautiful, interactive, interesting, and engaging, but the shining star for me was Donna herself, seriously, this woman went waaaaaaay above and beyond for us and I will be forever grateful to her and this venue for ensuring this day was the best day...

We recently had our wedding on the beautiful grounds of Heritage Village in Kingsville, and it was truly an 11 out of 10 experience.

From the moment we first visited to check out the venue, Donna, the events coordinator, was nothing short of amazing. She was supportive, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She kept in touch with us leading up to the big day, and on the day itself, she went above and beyond. Donna checked in with us regularly, helped our guests get around the property with her golf cart, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.

The grounds themselves are absolutely stunning and made for the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos. We were also able to store our chairs on-site and set up a few days in advance, which took a huge weight off our shoulders and helped us truly enjoy the day without stress.

We can't recommend Heritage Village, and especially Donna, highly enough. It was the perfect setting and the perfect team to help bring our wedding day to life

Thank you CTMHV and...

This place is truly a hidden gem.

The cars/vehicles portion is VERY interesting. The vehicles are in great shape. Lots and lots of really old cars, trucks and motorcycles that you likely won't get to see up close anywhere else.

The village portion gives rustic Upper Canada Village vibes. If you're interested in history, it's a must see. You can explore most buildings. Note: the place relies on volunteers to run and, like most places, this was heavily impacted by Covid. This means that some buildings with antiques may not be open for viewing as they don't have a person to supervise. This only affects 1-3 of the buildings and does not hinder the experience.

We were lucky enough to stumble upon a very kind gentleman (who happens to be on the board - we sadly cant remember his name) who provided lots of information and insight. He was the highlight of our experience.

We visited as a couple but could have happily visited as a family. Lots to see. Expect to spend 1 to...

We went here on a weekend, a 2 hour drive from our house. Our son is obsessed with cars so we figured this would fill his old car needs and it definitely did. The down side is, the Heritage Village was closed. Apparently they close it down for weddings or events, which is fine, but nothing is posted on the website, so make sure you call ahead of time. The museum isn't huge, can slowly walk through and do it in an hour. Goes in chronological order from horses all the way up to a sweet Dodge Viper near the end. Pricing is ok. There's a old school looking diner here that was closed at 2 pm. Washrooms onsite and gift shop. A few hands on things for kids. Definitely worth checking out once. 3.5/5. _____________________________________________ Follow me for more tips, photos and reviews.

We had a great time! We got to the 50’s diner 20 min before close so I felt awful we were going to order, but the lady helping us was great! The grilled cheese and French fries were so good. Excellent portions. $23 for 2 adults and a 12 yr old to look at the cars. (Excellent price to be honest) not only were the displays great to look at, the gentleman working the victrola music boxes, let my son use it! The history was amazing to see. The train set was fun to watch with all the detail

We came from out of town (300 miles) and were here on June 9th. We drove for the flea market and car show. Got there, and signs said cancelled. Okay, well wanted to at least see the car museum. We go inside and everything is closed up and people were looking at us funny. There were 6-8 cars outside in the foyer area and that was it. Super disappointed for that long of a drive. Wished we could have seen the cars.
