Very cool place to explore, but obviously in disrepair. Lots of fond memories of this place as a kid, riding the train around the pond was the best part! Beautiful view at the top of the hill overlooking the pond. Would not recommend taking small kids here if they're curious about going in the abandoned buildings/trains.
