Babcock Falls — Attraction in Tumbler Ridge

I visited the falls in winter and that definitely changes the landscape completely. It was a bit tricky to find the beginning of the trail because you have to park above the road and cross it and follow the trail signs but once in the trail you will not get lost. Right before going down to the falls there's a very steep and slippery part of the trail. You will see rope to hold on while going down. Once you are in front of the frozen falls it's absolutely beautiful. I'd say is an easy to medium level hike not too long not too short. We were snowshoeing so that added up a bit more of effort. I usually don't swing the waterfall way but I'm secure enough to say I thoroughly enjoyed Babcock. I like mountains but I have some friends that love waterfalls and that's OK too.
