I've hiked in a lot of places and climates, and this hike is one of my new favorites! The terrain is unique, and the wilderness is stunning! We brought our dog, and she had so much fun scrambling over the rocks with us. We climbed up to the bow of the Titanic, and the panoramic view, combined with the sheer cliffs and wind, took our breath away. We went in mid-September, and it was 3°C with a few snowflakes falling, so I would recommend bringing some warm gear with you if you're hiking in autumn (or early to mid-spring). There are outhouses at the trail heads and big maps you can take a picture of. Maps are also available at the Tumbler Ridge visitors centre. Trails are pretty clear but not what I would consider an "easy" hike - we really enjoyed the small challenge and there are flagging tape markers anywhere that the trail is less clear to help. Read moreThis is an interesting in and back out the same way in kinda trail. There are several little spots with a great view along the way, as well as a couple side adventures off the main trail. The main trail ends at a narrow rock out cropping where you can stand on the end take in the view as if you were standing at the front of the ship like in the movie.
