A short beautiful Hike There is a decent amount of parking. There are public washrooms of a more modern outhouse, non flushing and no running water. The hike is short and the hike is terribly marked. The trail is wide, soft and easy to walk. Extremely poorly marked. You walk up from the parking lot. You walk a short way when the path splits. We weren't sure if the first turn was the correct turn. You go a few feet and then the trail goes down. This was the trickiest part of the trail. At the bottom the trail splits, to the right the trail heads back to the parking lot. Turning to the left will bring yoi to the lake and cave area. There are cliffs and we only saw one small cave The view of the lake was rather nice. There was an area with a bench and two trail leading away. One trail continued parallel to the lake which may or may not brings you to an area that you might be able to get to the water. The stairs will lead you up and eventually back to the parking lot. It a small trail, and quick to complete. We probably won't be back.

Short trail that leads to several crevices. The crevices are very interesting to observe. There are no trail signs at any point along the way after the parking lot sign. Multiple small trails linking to the main trail that can throw you off course. In the one trail map it states there are 3 "viewing platforms" - as if there are railings - but there are no safety railings anywhere on this trail. Mostly level with a nice wide path, just a little uphill at the beginning. Just before climbing the metal staircase - on the right side- we were able to go into the crevice and walk along the bottom a little ways. The ferns growing out of the rock face were interesting. Nice views of the lake. Besides the lack of signage, we did enjoy the trail.

Beautiful short hike for people who enjoy taking in the scenery. We went during the summer and winter which was both breathtaking! We enjoyed taking many pictures. Doggo picture added because she definitely enjoyed that!

Good luck getting a kayak down the rock cliff to the water below if your plans are to see the ACTUAL caves. Very steep, not safe for older people. Got lost (for real, for a good hour) as the path wasn't well maintained at a certain point. Not much to see, unless you bring your kayak/sup down the rocks to the water (we didnt, after getting lost and seeing how we got thhe boats down, and then you gotta haul the boats back up again... we...
