I want to drive here again the 11 hours just to go here once more. In the daytime the view is beautiful and we were able to see a naturally occuring spring on the rocks behind the parking lot, we also climbed up and saw many the crystals and beauties. In the night time we also stopped here, it was pitch black and you could see the colours of the galaxy, among hyndreds of thousands of stars. Absolutely breath taking.

Fantastic campground! Couple notes: if pulling a big rig, know you register at the visitors center, not the usual booth. Also campers, all Provincial campgrounds with electrical boxes bring at least 50 ft extension cord as you share boxes and the sights are very spacious. We are in 101 A ( A is the only unit with electrical)...the view is spectacular! They do rent cords 😉fyi

Decent little stop. We had good weather and enjoyed reading what people had written on the rocks there. Good spot to stretch out the legs and get some fresh air if you're on a long road trip. Go for it. It can't hurt... Can it? Great views of the lake and traffic if you like watching and hearing trucks hit the Jake brakes as they rip down a hill. No bathroom.

This view is just amazing and it right off the highway. I recommend anyone passing by to just stop and enjoy the simple things in life like the beauty of nature. I wasn't sure if it would get me being from B.C. But knowing this massive body of water is a lake and not the ocean is something to see with you're own eyes. Its so large it takes 8 ish hours to get arround one side. And this is a great spot to see it...
