Great little hike to Devil's Rock, also known as Spirit Rock. The name was changed when the Christians came because they associated the native spirituality with the devil.. This hike has some rugged terrain of mostly compacted soil with some areas of stones and rock. The scenery at the end of the trial is spectacular, with a beautiful view of Lake Temiskaming from the cliffs edge. Highly recommended if you are...

Remarkable views! Although, I will say that this lake's water is quite brown, I'm not sure if that's related to the soil, the water's depth or what but it was a bit surprising. Even still, looking over the edge of the 300' cliff is really quite exhilarating and it's certainly...

Went here April 18, trail was still covered with snow and ice. Recommended to wear tall hiking boots as the snow is deceptively deep in multiple places. My leg went knee deep into snow while walking on the trail at multiple places. The end product is definitely worth it,...
