Fun for the whole family. We were two families, 4 adults and three kids. We booked a couple weeks in advance for early Saturday morning. The bilingual staff were helpful and friendly. The equipment was in excellent condition. We were outfitted and on our way in short order. They advise to wear long pants and sleeves mostly for bug protection on the family course but if you are outside of peak bug season anything will do but stay away from baggy clothing that could snag. The obstacles build up to allow for the young ones to build confidence. One last piece of advice: Keep your phone someplace safe. Mine was in my back pocket and took quite a few hard hits. Fortunately I just need a new protective case. Edit August 9 2025 We returned to check out the new UPLA addition to the park. We arrived in the morning and did the children portion again. Our guide Raven was a gem. We worked our way through the obstacles and really enjoyed ourselves. We then had the pleasure of the continued company of our favorite guide Raven to the extra zipline activity. She made sure we were ready and equipped with the right knowledge to safely navigate the zipline. Kids and adults loved the experience. I strongly recommend signing up for the extra zipline experience. We had lunch and then to our surprised we encountered Raven at the UPLA site. She walked us through the park and gave us great tips to enjoy the trampolines. We did the UPLA in Stouffville and really enjoyed it and this location was even better. They have a large second level with climbing ladders and slides to get out. They give you a couple hours but good luck bouncing for that long. Over all we enjoyed a full day of outdoor activities. Thank you Raven!

The aerial course was really fun an great value for your money! It takes 3.5 hours to do (first 30 min is walking to the start and a short introduction). The actual courses are a mix of challenging ones and easier ones with quite a few great zip lines mixed in! We took our own gloves (just basic leather work gloves or equivalent), but they provide you with everything you need: gloves, helmet & harness. You are able to wear a backpack if you want to carry water, but I would recommend only a small bag to avoid being too encumbered. You can also bring a water bottle with a clip to attach to your harness. We have also done the winter geocaching/hike and winter cave tour to see the ice formations! So far all of these experiences have been really excellent with engaging guides!! We bought the season pass which gives you free access to the aerial course and half price on mostly everything else- I think this is a really good deal and has encouraged us to go back more than we would if we paid full price for each outing!!

This place is great for people who have never done ziplining before (like myself) - you are given a safety course and get to test your ability on the ground level first. After that the arial course starts out easy and picks up difficulty and height as you progress, so you get used to being above ground and start trusting your equipment. I have a pretty bad issue with heights, but I was able to complete the course without getting scared and was having tons of fun. The location is good- a silent hilly forest with a lake in the middle of the site (which you get to zipline over). Bottom line- fun time and not a scary experience for people with heights fear. Do remember to pack enough water with you- there is no drinking options through the course itself and you may get dehydrated due to hot weather and physical activity.

Absolutely Terrible experience!!!! Drove over 3 hours on motorcycles, in the rain to check out the caves. Upon entering the building to inquire about how we sign up and who we pay, our questions clearly raised concerns from the staff behind the desk. A young lady attempting to assist us reluctantly called for a young male staff member to come to the desk. He gave the 4 of us (potential paying customers) a dirty look and began to rant to her in French. Without being fluent in French I was able to understand that he didn't want to be our guide for the caves. She called on, what seemed to be a more senior staff member and expressed her concerns to her in English, likely to avoid being rude in front of us. What she said confirmed my suspicions, because she actually said "he doesn't want to guide their cave tour". Problem was he was the only bilingual staff member on duty who was trained to lead the tour. This was enough for me!!! She said they would sort it out. We were asked to sign the wavers and when they were ready they would bill us the $28.00 each for the approximate 1 hour tour. Clearly we were no longer interested in wasting our time or money with this establishment. We told them we would rather leave than have an individual who was quite comfortable complaining about us in French be responsible for our tour experience. I hope it wasn't an English / French prejudice and that the punk was just upset that we interrupted his lazy day at work. Can't rate the facility because we never had a chance to enjoy 1 minute of our time there. Based on our experience staff like that should be dismissed at the very least. Would not go back if it was offered for free! The experience made me feel like we didn't belong in Quebec and made me anxious to get back to Ontario. Not recommended if you want to feel appreciated. Will never forget the feeling of having someone behave like that against us with...

Extremely dangerous and unsafe place, with very rude and aggressive staff... I finished the demonstration brief first and asked my guide if I could start the aerial park obstacles. He said, "yeah, go ahead". After I finished the first set of obstacles the course had lead me back to ground level. At this point, I started the next set of obstacles closest to me. After one obstacle, there was a large zip line. I took this zip line and soon realized I was going the wrong direction. At that point I was not moving, dangling 145 feet off the ground with 60 feet of cable on either side of me, praying to God that no one would take the zip line from the other side and smash into me likely resulting in me falling 145 feet to my death. Shaking from fear, I climbed the 60 foot cable back to the platform. When I brought this up to staff members they blamed me and said, "well you should have waited for instructions". I continued the course noxious and traumatized. Near the end, I saw the guides again and they laughed and told me they thought what I did was funny... And that it happens all the time... I can speculate as to how this extremely dangerous issue could be resolved but that's not up to me. I could have died today, and I pray that someone will see this and find a solution before someone does what I did today, but doesn't get so lucky. Needless to say, I do not recommend this aerial park to anyone. It is not a safe...
