Wentworth Falls is located in Wentworth Valley off the Provincial HWY 4 just 16 km north from Tunnel Brook Cave on the same side. It can be easily navigated on google maps. There are rocks west side of the road where you can enter for the fall. A minute of beautiful walk under the canopies of trees will take you right to the breathtaking waterfall. It’s one of tallest falls of Nova Scotia. The most intriguing part of this fall is that the way to the fall and the fall itself despite being high all covered under the umbrella of trees which makes it unique in it’s own way and gives a feel like the whole area is indoor. However you can experience this only in summer and at the same time it makes it prone to insects and mosquitoes, so don’t forget your spray or covering the body. Good place to bring kids as pretty easy and straight to reach, rocks are slippery all the time, so care should be taken if you decide to climb...

If you're looking for a quick and easy hike with a rewarding payoff, Wentworth Falls is a must-visit. The starting point of trail is approximately at at 15050 NS-4 (500 m south of an old motel parking lot). Once you arrive, park on the side of the road and follow the trail, which is a leisurely 5-minute walk. The falls are beautiful, and the surrounding area is peaceful and serene.

For the adventurous, there's an added bonus: climb up the left side of the falls (facing the falls) and discover a hidden cave at the top. The view from top is beautiful, but if you want more challenge, you can even walk through the cave. The rocks can be slippery so so make sure to wear water shoes or hiking boots and flashlight may help but not necessary as there's enough light. The water is only ankle or shin deep, so...

such a cool experience! i would have never known about this place unless my friend brought me here. the cave tunnel is quite impressive and a remarkable size - definitely the longest cave i’ve ever walked through!

it is man made, since it is long i recommend bringing a flashlight to navigate and footwear you don’t mind getting wet! (in some parts the running water comes well above your ankle). surprisingly, it wasn’t slimy or slippery, the footing inside the cave tunnel is pretty solid!

however, children who want to access the cave need to go with an adult as the climb to the opening is a short but steep ascent and there is loose dirt/rocks.

for anyone passing through wentworth, highly recommend! not to mention the beautiful falls as well. just a beautiful and calm...
