ZipZone Peachland — Attraction in West Central Okanagan Electoral Area

Amazing experience Must visit place If you in Kelowna or Peachland or Summerland or any other nearby place, whether you are a tourist or local, I highly recommend you to check this place out. They have 3-4 plans and use can choose according to your budget. Around last 2kms road is under construction. Gravel road but nothing to worry if you visiting in summers and with winter tires in winters. Did 2 line tours .. worth money, experienced people working over there and best part. They got other activities too like wall climbing and board games. Don't know the prices or if they are free (not sure, didn't ask). Recommended prior booking. THEY KNOW HOW TO ENTERTAIN THEIR CUSTOMERS AND VERY FUN LOVING STAFF.

The location is easy to get to, and the website clearly directed us how to get there including what common mistake to avoid ... GPS might be misleading... As far as the experience itself breathtaking! Fun , adrenalin, beatutiful nature...whay else can one ask for?

They accomodate little kids as well,unlike many other locations...BTW,IT'S our 4th time ziplining in the valley.

When booking over the phone they were super patient with us, presented all the options in detail and helped us make an informed decision.

We were lucky to get "pincky" and "fish" for our zipline guides. One of them was always going in tandem with our little boy, thanks for that! And the other took the time to describe , explane and make the whole thing sooo muuuchhhh more .

I know there are other "closer" options,but this one is so much worth the drive... you won't regret.

One last tip, make sure to pay attention to the signs along the road,in between the lines. Jokes are...

We came with the whole family excited to do the zip lines. I had checked out the website too. I guess I didn't see the heading where it says "we're busy and call for bookings" it was written in a way that wasn't very noticeable.

Anyway, we all arrived there and was later told that you had to book before coming up to the zipzone. OK thats fine, honest mistake. But one of the staff members there, a female, she was very rude!! She kept yelling outloud to go home and book online. OK great, we're not deaf. She came at us as if she was about to go into War. Tried to get rid of us right at that moment. I was very angry and upset at her behavior.

I def think she needs a customer service training.

The other female staff member was very polite and nice about it. We were bummed out but of course understood that we didn't look at the website properly.

I honestly think we wouldn't even book for future visits. She just left a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry to say but she really needs to tone her voice down. And not act like...
