A very small but pleasant conservation area, this is nice for a visit if you are in the area or are camping. There is one trail, about 1km long total. The first half is wide and easy, leading along the top of the valley to the cliffs overlooking the beach. There is a small art installation and a bit of information about the site there. From there the beach path goes down the hillside on a step and far more difficult path. The beach itself is quite tiny and directly underneath some eroding cliffs, so it doesn't feel like a great place to linger. But it is very private and quite pretty, as well as having access to a small river that runs through the valley next to the conservation area. It’s clear to see high water has taken most of the beachfront and is eroding the land as well. Some of the trails are off limits due to erosion. The trails aren’t well marked or distinct in certain areas. More tree markers would help, as well as railings along the steep parts of the trail. Edit July 21 2018: they've removed the stairs and bridge that leads to the "beach". The new trail is dangerous and if you're not careful you'll roll an ankle. I'm not sure why they've done this but I have no intention of returning anytime soon. The water level is quite high this year so not...
