We had a great first experience at the dog park. Dogs ran about and had fun and all the humans were pleasant and everyone was mindful of their dog's behavior and separated when they needed a minute to calm.

We were travelling to Oliver and stopped to let the dogs out for a pee and a quick run. It is a large fenced area with water which is great BUT It’s nothing but bark mulch NO grass. I have never seen a dog park with no grass. All of the ones in Kamloops are beautiful green spaces. As a result both our black labs didn’t want to run around. They kept walking weird picking up their feet. Had to remove a sliver...
