Iroquois Beach — Attraction in Whitby

I have found this space lacking in trash bins; a proper trail for walking or bike riding; any maintenance at all ; and an easy access to get into the lake for a swim! A couple of benches might be nice for the many seniors that live in the area. No signage asking people to clean up after their pets??? Got a whopper of a tax...

Love the beach perfect for the whole family! And enough space to bike and walk as well. No mater what the plan is for the day you will be able to do something at this beach ( picnic, walking, playing with sand, playing in the water, collecting stones, admiring nature, sitting...

Beach is not big but still OK for non busy hours I think. Biggest issue is that way too many mosquitoes near where the tree and grass are. There's a really big park right next to the beach too which is nice u can do other outdoor activities as well....
