I truly enjoyed this trail. It was my first trail being alone, and the signs that all around help me to feel at ease. I will be back. Please make sure you read the signs, and follow the rules, that are in place for the park. Also, the wildlife posed for photo in the walk path, and than went back into they space. 😁 Lastly, the trials are well taken care of, Like most of nature, they will be a fallen tree. It's kinda cool, trying to step over a old fallen tree, with my short feet lol it was fun. Go explore, you will not regret. Oh yes, bird lovers nature have not left you out, plenty...

Very well maintained trails, paved and mixed terrain. Suitable for families - kids and seniors. There are benches along the way to sit and rest. Restrooms are non-flushing. Available at both parking lots - one for general public $6 and one for annual pass holders.

You will see lots of birds - bring seeds for the song birds. A great variety of trails and beautiful lookout points to choose from. There is a path to the lake, stunning!

We saw squirrels and chipmunks too!

An amazing getaway to...

Amazing sanitary, friendly users, great for pictures of all wildlife. Unfortunately very rude people that own the private road running between the park. Beware that they do not pay attention to any paths that cross the roadway. Didn't even slow down when a family was crossing with children. We did confront the older lady at the lock up gate just asking if she see the kids crossing? And pre warning, she is a fire cracker with no filter..( they definitely are frustrated with the common sense in a...

Nice and tidy. The entrance to bigger trails from 623 Halls rd parking is to the right after the parking meter which is not marked clearly. Left and centre paths are for the small trail circling the field. Lots of meadow flowers, butterflies. Didn't manage to see any animals. Just a few beautiful birds.
