This review is for both Upla and the Night Forest. I found it very unsafe for families. My young son overextended his knee right before Christmas and was in pain for several days, despite following all the rules. We were very careful but the bridges were very slippery. We are in above average physical shape and felt nervous and unstable throughout while trying to manage children's safety too. I had no concerns about falling off the structure itself because it is tethered securely, but when other people come bounding through, you will fall over and the nets are very rigid and painful unless you make a conscious effort to fall on your butt instead of forward. The bridges and steps are also extremely icy so you have to hold the netting to keep from slipping. With that said, my kids had a wonderful time....But I feel this event was not my finest parenting decision and wouldn't do it again.

I would recommend for teenagers or 20somethings because it is really fun, and that age group is more resilient. The music and ambiance were excellent. Not worth $150 for a family...

You have a two hour time frame which I think is just perfect! It is a lot of fun but I would defs bring some little snacks bc you will be burning a lot of calories jumping. You will be mixed in with adults and kids so keep that in mind. It is a shared space so people are obviously jumping up and down so make sure you’re comfortable with heights and a lot of motion! the bathroom is a little far in my opinion but all in all was awesome!

Note: they are rain or shine! So if the day you have reserved you’re most likely going unless there is thunder or lightening so do keep that in mind. Maybe don’t book so far in advance so you have an idea of the weather. Is great for groups and families as long as everyone is comfortable. If you have smaller children there is a separate area for 5 years...

So although it's a great location & we've enjoyed the kids treetop Trekking adventure in the past the UPLA trampoline ended in a major injury within the first 10 minutes a week & half ago. My husband still has severe bruising, pain & swelling in his leg & knee. Possible ruptured/teared hamstrings. Awaiting results. He basically "bounced normally" 3 times and then extreme pain to the point he could barely walk. Just a warning ⚠️ Would never go again.

There also should be staff up in the nets to make sure guests are not being reckless & going against the rules, especially since they let young children & adults together. Most of the visitors were great & everyone was having fun & careful around kids but there are always those few who...

Went here for a work team building event. I booked with their group booking manager Karen and she was delightful! She answered all my questions and have great recommendations and made the group booking process easy! And the staff on site were great! My colleagues and I had SO MUCH FUN!! I highly recommend if you plan to book a group or party. They had foam balls to throw around, the park was dynamic, and they had a lounge area with bean bags. The lounge area was the BEST part. We got tired pretty quickly and ended up chilling there most of the time, it was so relaxing. They also had a lot of picnic tables around so you're welcome to bring food and drinks! We ended up ordering pizza for everyone. Highly recommend, would come back!

It was fun until I broke my ankle. The staff was very good at getting me off the trampoline after the break. However, it is very concerning the netting is wide enough for an adult’s foot to go through the holes, which is how I fell. There are responses from the staff in previous reviews saying the netting is built safely but sometimes shoes slip through it… I’m sorry but if an adult’s foot can slip through it while jumping normally, then it doesn’t seem safe. Especially not for children who would have smaller feet. It’s also concerning that many people working in the fracture clinic at the hospital told me they get a lot of people coming from this place. It wasn’t worth breaking my ankle in 3 places requiring surgery.
