We brought my mom here today for her 60th birthday.

Starting with some positives - this place was very nice. There is a lovely patio that you can sit on for the wine tastings that they have available. There was a variety of wines to choose from and they were delicious.

For the price of the tastings, however, we expected more. We received one very small paper plate of 4 circle crackers in total (there were 3 of us who each paid for a tasting), and a small handful of nuts. At the very least, each of us should have received our own plate of snacks.

As well, there was a big conference going on inside. We came during their lunch hour, so the patio was quickly filled with individuals from the conference. Two separate times individuals from the conference came to our table and asked to sit with us, not realizing that we were customers doing a wine tasting. It really would have been nice for the winery to set aside a separate section for their customers. Had we come slightly later, there is no way we would have even been able to sit on the patio. In addition to the very busy patio due to the conference-goers, there were some gun shot noises consistently going on farther out in the field which was not pleasant to hear during our tasting.

I also requested to purchase a cheese board due to the very tiny amount of snacks we received for the 3 of us. The individual I asked responded with "Well, we're really busy right now because we have a conference going on. But I'll ask the kitchen and see if they're able to." I was extremely taken aback by this response, as we were customers and should have been treated as such. For that reason, I told him to forget the cheese board.

Overall, aesthetically this was a nice place, however I do think some adjustments need to be made with the customer service as well as value for what they...

If my husband and I are being honest, Willow Springs Winery was a bit of a wild card in our search for wedding venues. We were sort of set on another place, but felt strongly about paying them a visit after seeing such pretty photos and positive reviews about the venue online. We immediately fell in love with Willow Springs, as it was such a beautiful, intimate, and unique venue that truly stood out amongst the other places we had visited.

We met with Michael at our first appointment, and we could tell right away that he was knowledgable, experienced, and genuine. He was so welcoming, never pressured us, and was very knowledgable while answering all of our questions. He helped us envision our wedding so much more clearly than we had prior to visiting Willow Springs. It was evident that Michael knew Willow Springs like the back of his hand, and had such great recommendations for how we could use the grounds for different parts of our wedding. After signing, he and Shauna provided us with so much valuable guidance leading up to and on our big day. They were professional, courteous, accommodating, and patient all throughout!

The food was delicious, the wine was never ending, we had no complaints about the drinks or cocktails, the villa was wonderful, and the team’s service was great from beginning to end. We absolutely cannot thank the Willow Springs team enough for how amazing they were, and this special place truly helped make our day so memorable. We’ll cherish the memories made on our wedding day forever, and could not have done it without Michael, Shauna and the Willow Springs team.

Thank you so much Willow Springs Winery for making our wedding day absolutely a...

My fiancee and I originally wanted to book this place for our wedding ceremony. We submitted their "contact us" forms but no one ever got back to us. We then emailed the email on their website and still no one got back to us. We then called and the employee advised us to email them so we sent another email, waited a week with no response, and then went in person. It wasn't until after going in person, that Kevin finally reached out to us to try to reserve our spot and date at the location. However our experience has been extremely frustrating. We had to chase the winery to get a contact, then chase them to get a quote. Once we got a quote, we had to chase them for the contract. After we got the contract, we again had to chase them to ensure that they received our information and deposit. It has been a long process of us essentially emailing them non-stop to take our money due to them being radio silent. On top of that, after finally signing a contract and giving them the deposit, there has been absolutely no follow up or instructions. Instead, they called back to confirm our time slot does not go over as they wanted to book another party in immediately after. Needless to say, we cancelled our reservation due to the terrible and frustrating experience. We understand that deposits are non-refundable, however when we attempted to contact them about our experience, they went radio...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Willow Springs Winery is such a hidden gem in Stouffville! From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by rolling vineyards, peaceful countryside views, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to slow down and savor the moment. The staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the wine tasting experience both fun and informative. They walked us through each pour with great insight into the grapes, flavors, and winemaking process. The icewine was an absolute standout — sweet, rich, and perfectly balanced. The grounds are beautiful for strolling, and there’s a charming patio where you can enjoy a glass (or two!) while taking in the scenery. It’s the kind of place that works perfectly for a relaxed afternoon, a romantic date, or even a small celebration. If you’re looking for a local winery that combines great wine, gorgeous surroundings, and genuine hospitality, Willow Springs is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back — next time with friends in tow!

Willow Springs Winery is a dream-filled location and was a perfect fit for our wedding venue. Massive shoutout to Shauna's expertise as venue coordinator and assistant manager. Her thoughtfulness and pragmatic approach cannot be over appreciated in their effectiveness. Working with Shauna was a joy - it's clear she knows what she's doing. We felt calm with her at the helm. The main pavillion is gorgeous, inside and out. The outdoor tent serves as a beautiful setting in its own right, while doubling as a backup shelter for ceremonies that would be affected by inclement weather. All the food was RAVED about by guests and us - each course got compliments, the portions were perfect, if not, on the large side. The whole staff were kind, on top of refills, and incredibly accommodating. The house wines are also delectable. You can sense that each variety is created with care and pride. A true hidden gem for sure to be found just north of Markham.

This place is such a local gem and I would highly recommend it to anyone passing through the Stouffville area! We have been four or five times already, for a variety of occasions…and always so impressed by the welcoming staff and beautiful atmosphere. From drop-in wine tastings (only $18 per person for a flight!), wine by the glass with snacks and even once to attend a wedding… we have loved every Willow Springs experience. They can put the $18 tasting fee towards the purchase a bottle of wine… so we happily leave home with a bottle or two every time we come here! Special shoutout to our awesome server Moon who has made our last 3 visits nothing short of fantastic! He always comes with such great suggestions and has piqued our interest in many of the winery’s other products along the way: like their walnut cookies and ice wine jelly spread - must try’s! Thanks for your hospitality time and time again, we look forward to next visit :)
