A pleasant enough area, set aside to be protected I assume. It is a fairly barren stretch of coast, with rocks and small beaches of sand. Inland is pretty much desert, with tracks for vehicles criss-crossing the landscape. Good for a walk.

A beautiful place. Unfortunately spoiled by enormous amounts of garbage, marine plastic from discarded fishing gear. Hope the locals will tidy up in order to preserve marine Life and take care of this national park.

Wir sind vom Porto Antigo am Strand lang gelaufen, über den Muschelfriedhof, fast bis zum Anfang des Kitesurferstrandes. Eine abwechslungsreiche, überwiegende Steinküste mit verschiedensten Stränden, voller Leben, von den unterschiedlichsten Krebsen, Meeresschnecken, Seeigeln, kleinen Fischen... Und zurück den kurzen Weg direkt durch die Wüste. Aber auch die lebt.... Absolut sehenswert. Ein kleiner Beitrag für Jedermann: Bitte leere Mülltüte mitnehmen.

Hard to see how this beautiful beach area is 'protected' when there are kite surfers and buggies all over it. People were randomly wandering over the dunes and vegetation and various excursion groups of small 4 wheel drive vehicles racing about, seemingly going wherever they please, not keeping to...
