The Average rating of BISTU is 3 stars which is justified literally. Nevertheless don't forget a rating of 60% score you gained which means you basically fail in academically. Same way as colleges. You can never expected a college uncapable to issue any single PhD degree to be a decent school. Also the area of main campus in Qinghe Xiaoying basically same as a high school campus . And every 8 freshmen assigned in a tiny room without air contiontioning and shower equipments No.4 Dorm in their freshman years for a long time. Taking showers in No.4 Dorm is required to walk outside to the main campus for basically 10 mins. I promise your hair will frozen after doing this. If you were admitted by BISTU, the best way afterwards is to quit from it and retake your college entry exam except you were admitted by computer science major. If you were admitted by CS major, the only thing you need to do is working on your major GPA and go to a better graduate school then delivering your resume and cover letters to big IT companies. They may offer you jobs of ‘996’ (9am-9pm 6 working days per week ) and you are probably done...
