Chengdu Shin Kong Place Wenjiang Br — Attraction in Chengdu

Terrible customer service from a heavy makeup lady at MAC shop. My girlfriend was going to make a purchase for a lipstick. We were standing there for 10 mins and didn’t see a single employee at the shop. All of sudden a young heavy makeup lady appeared from the cash counter. She has been hiding there the whole time. When we were asking her a lipstick color was apparently discontinued but wanted to see if there’s another similar color. She didn’t show any interests in suggesting another item but instead just said: No, we do not have it. Awful service from SKP such upscale mall. She is definitely needs more training on customer service, product knowledge and be on the “floor” and ready to assist customers. Shame...

Very nice bamboo lights. Each bamboo structure has different ambient light colours and water spewing downwards. This creates a very nice effect. There were also lots of people playing in the water to cool down the heat of the night.
