An excellent place to learn about an extinct culture. You seem to be immersed in a wholly different universe, with all the artefacts giving you an out of this world feeling. It is as if you're staring at an alien culture not found on earth, but somehow it just landed here. Definitely worth a going and not to be missed. Guide to go there: take coach from Chengdu central station (where all the buses and trains are) to Guanghan. Then at Guanghan just hire any metered taxi on the street, won't cost you an arm or leg to get there. As this museum is relatively remote compared to all the other popular attractions around Chengdu (eg Panda conservation area), you get to see it without much distraction from too many tourists. P.
