This glacier is somewhere on a road to Shigatse. The altitude is very high (your body will feel it as you approach). Nonetheless, it was a surprisingly crowded place when I visited there. Lots of cars at the parking lot & a very long queue to take a photo in front of...

Check-in spot along the way to Shigatse. Quite windy and cold by the time we visited (late April). Ice is melting so we can see it small only. There’s a small hiking path to get closer to the glacier but be mindful about the height and...
