The Palace to Worship The Goddess Who Mended The Sky: Wahuang Palace
🏯Basic Information Wahuang Palace is located in Handan City, Hebei Province. It is the largest and oldest ancient architectural complex in China dedicated to the worship of the ancient celestial goddess Nuwa, and was ordered to be built by Emperor Wenxuan of the Northern Qi Dynasty, Gao Yang.
💎Mythical Story It is said that in ancient times, there was a fight between the Fire God Zhu Rong and the Water God Gong Gong. Read more20240921 媧皇宮又稱媧皇聖母廟,位於中國河北省邯鄲市涉縣索堡鎮鳳凰山,1996年被列為第四批全國重點文物保護單位。另外,「媧皇宮景區」也曾作為原「崇州風景名勝區」的組成部分,現該省級風景名勝區已以「媧皇宮風景名勝區」名稱整體升格為國家級風景名勝區。
