筆架山-乾隆古道-紅梅谷 全程大約5.9k 難度1星 時間約3.5小時 起步由豐力樓 龍欣道 上筆架山 行大約半小時左右到了地圖指示板後 可轉上對面石級上筆架山 石級約800多 到山頂是民航處監測雷達站 再沿麥理浩徑5-6段向沙田坳方向行 到筆架山觀景台 可以遠眺獅子山 飛鵝山 大埔 沙田 大圍景色 如天色好 更可看到港島柏架山 砵甸乍山 畢拉山 渣甸山 聶歌信山 金馬倫山 扯旗山等等 繼續往前走 可看到戰時古蹟 中途轉入乾隆古道 山徑易行 樹木參天 樹陰濃密 小橋流水 十分宜人 適合一家大小在夏季行山 尾段由紅梅引水道入紅梅谷教育徑下山 盡頭便是紅梅谷牌坊出口

有完善平整石矢車路（龍欣道但屬於管制道路需要可許可證才可直上，一般人士車輛須停泊在相關告示牌前）可以由山腰行到上山頂，緩緩爬坡的車路兩旁有樹蔭遮擋烈日，沿途亦有幾處前人開辟的地方作中途歇息，而地勢關係大部份路段都有山風吹送，盛夏中午時份登頂亦不會有難度。若遊人想有點難度亦可選擇經麥理浩徑第5段（不過有一定數量上落梯級路徑爬坡度大增，但屬平整路段不是碎石路或絲帶路）穿過林間攻登頂。景緻可遠眺由九龍灣一帶到中環整個維港，適合新手或親子樂郊遊人士，但需考慮交通安排。
