I recently had the opportunity to see the spectacular view of "The Devil's Fist" and "Bacon Wall" during my visit to Wong Chuk Kok Tsui, also known as Bluff Head, in the Plover Cove Country Park.

The view of these natural wonders was truly breathtaking. "The Devil's Fist," formed by reddish Devonian sandstone more than 400 million years ago, was an impressive sight to behold. And the "Bacon Wall," a series of towering cliffs that stretch out along the coast, was equally stunning.

If you're a nature lover or someone who appreciates natural beauty, I highly recommend visiting this area. The view of "The Devil's Fist" and "Bacon Wall" alone is worth the trip, and you won't be disappointed by the stunning scenery...

From Sai Kung Bus Terminus we ride a bus 94 kmb to wong Shek Pier we book a speed boat in advance ($960/16pax) and drop off to the Devil’s Fist...too bad we are not that much aware how high is the tide bit still we enjoyed and was amazed by the color and rock formation...because it was high tide, the part of the trail is not visible for trekking,we decided to climb the wall up to Tai Leng. It took 17km walk from the fist to Tai Mei Tuk and before reaching the Plover Cove CP, be aware of the Black Cobra that shook me...first time I met such species along the...

Go visit there by trail or by sea. By trail, need to take trail from either Tai Mei Tuk or Wu Kau Tang, turn from main trail at Luk Wu Tung. From this point the trail is semi-hidden. All the way all have to fight against bushes and branches to carry on the way. Full length clothes and trousers is a must. The trail is quite boring and hard. It may takes at least 4-6 to arrive at the end of the peninsula. No water supply along the way. By sea, speed boat at Tai Mei Tuk is available with around $90 per head to the coast...

Extreme hike. The whole journey from Tai Mei Tuk to Devil's Fist is about 18 - 19 km (one way). I took about 8 hours to reach there and have to camp overnight. The Devil's Fist not very accessible. By boat, you have to catch the low tide. By foot, although tide is not a problem, you have to brave the shoreline rocks of which some are quite sharp and high. The journey to Devil's Fist really tests your fitness. You go over countless of hills to mountains. The 2 toughest mountains are Luk Wu Tung and Die Si Gou.
